“And
Elijah came to all the people, and said, “How long will you falter
between two opinions? If the Lord is
God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him.” But the people answered
him not a word.” 1 Kings 18:21 (For context see verses 20-40.)
We
are again engaged in a battle with the forces of Baal. Most are
standing on the sidelines waiting to see which god will answer with
fire (figuratively, of course). I can only do as my God has led me
because I fear God more than I fear people. I must stand in faith
with the true prophets of the God of creation. Each one who has a
personal relationship with the Lord and His law written upon their
hearts (Hebrews 10:16) has a personal assignment to fulfill. I
encourage each one to fulfill the desire of the Lord just for them.
