Rockey's Thoughts

Today I was awake during the fourth watch of the night thinking about the crazy current events surrounding the COVID-19 virus. The world appears to be shutting down because of media generated hysteria over a common cold. As I sought the Lord's will, He impressed three scriptures on me.

Psalm 91:1 - “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” We must know our position in the Lord. It doesn't matter if we are physically alive or dead. We don't need to fear because we know our spiritual (eternal) life and happiness is in our God who is in ultimate control of everything.

Genesis 50:20 – “But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.” God turns the enemy's evil for our good. The deep state is desperate to stop President Trump and the worldwide great awakening. They are willing to use the COVID-19 virus to crash the global economy in hopes of achieving their goal. They don't care how much suffering they cause or how many people die. In fact, they believe that their one world utopia will rise up out of the ashes of the chaos and destruction. In Judo the opponent's strength is used against him. It appears that President Trump and the other standards that God has raised up for such a time as this have taken the opportunity to use the deep state's strength against them. President Trump has taken the initiative to move much faster and further than they planned. He and the other standards are setting the stage for a massive global reset. Shutting non-essential activities down for a short period of time will greatly simplify what must be done. It will appear to be a terrible destructive storm, but it will actually be a whirlwind of change in our favor.

Psalm 30:5 - “For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.” The deep state main stream media is trying to spread as much fear and panic as possible. Our antidote to this is the joy of the Lord. If we know our position in the Lord and that God is turning what the enemy meant for evil into our good, then we can abide in joyful faith of protection during the storm and of our benefit from the whirlwind of change.
